1.We will celebrate our 73rd Parish Anniversary on Saturday, 13 June, with Holy Mass to be presided by Vicar General, Father Paul Kam at 5:00pm. All are welcome. The 8:00pm anticipated Sunday mass will be cancelled.

2.On 7 June (next Sunday), the Parish will hold a party for our parishioners, whose birthday month is between April to June, at the Mary Help Hall after the 10:00am mass. A Certificate of Blessing will be given by the Parish. For birthday celebrants of this second quarter, please register your attendance at the Parish Office by coming Wednesday, 3 June.

3.The Parish is running a “Welcome Mary to Home” programme. Parishioners are invited to take home the statue of Mary Help of Christians for one week. During the period, you can gather family members and friends for Bible sharing and rosary prayer. Arrangement can be made at the Parish Office through registration.

4.On Thursday, 18 June, from 8:00 to 10:00pm, a devotional rite of Eucharistic Adoration and Procession will take place as celebration of the Feast of Corpus Christi. All are welcome. The normal 7:00pm Eucharistic Adoration that day will be cancelled. Please refer to the Chinese poster for details.

5.With the start of the Month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus tomorrow, the Parish has prepared some heart-shaped cards at the St. John Bosco Foyer. You can write your prayer intentions on the cards and place them in the basket provided. The cards will be placed under the statue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in the Church as devotional offering.

6.For safety and green purposes, the Parish has placed electronic votive candles at the sides of St. Anthony’s Altar in the Church to replace wax candles. Starting from 13 June (Saturday), parishioners can “light” an electric candle after making an offering of HK$5.00 and pressing the switch. You can pray fervently after the candle light is on.
